Consumer Complaint Redressal Procedure for Telecom Complaints

There are plenty of consumers in India who use cellular, telephone or internet services in India but are not fully aware of the customer complaint redressal procedure laid out by government of India cell - TRAI. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India(TRAI) is a government body just like IRDA to oversee telecom regulations in India for the benefit of consumers.

In the interest of consumers TRAI has laid down complaint redressal procedure that needs to be mandatorily followed by all the telecom companies in India like Airtel, Reliance, Tata Indicom etc. So if you don't follow this specified procedure for complaint redressal, most likely your complaint will not be heard or even replied to by your company. If you want to go to Consumer Court for such issues, make sure that you follow this procedure first.

There are many times we find that telecom consumers break their head on some complaint or the other and end up being very frustrated with their service provider company since the company did not heed to their complaints. In most of the cases the consumer hasn't followed the TRAI's legal procedure for redressal of the complaint. Also we should know that in large organizations like Airtel, Reliance or BSNL it is really difficult to allow customers to follow arbitrary complaint redressal procedures so you shouldn't simply call their office and let them know of your complaint. In this, the correct procedure will be to contact their all India customer care help line and get a docket number for your complaint.

Here we list the proper procedure to get your complaint resolved for telecom related issues.

  1. First visit the company site and find the proper complaint procedure. Look for "Manual of Practice". You can see a sample Airtel's Manual of Practice here. Please don't use it and rather look for updated copy of it in the company site. In this sample manual you can find the proper complaints/grievances procedure as specified by Airtel.
  2. Next step is to call all India customer care number and register your complaint. You must obtain a complaint or docket number. Also you'll be asked to wait for its resolution taking couple of days to 2 weeks of time. However as per TRAI regulation it should not take that much of time but give the company chance to do its best to resolve your complaint.
  3. If you are not satisfied then send the complaint to Nodal Officer in your circle. This list is available in the company website. It should not take more than 10 days to redress your complaint.
  4. If you are still not satisfied then go to Appellate Authority in your circle, the contact details of which are also mentioned in the company website.
  5. If still you are not satisfied then nothing much you can do. Try registring your complaint in National Consumer Helpline. You also have an option to pursue your case further in your local Consumer Court.

Note: There is a time period as specified in "Manual of Practice" - that is, for example you can't go to Appellate Authority 1 year after filing your complaint to Nodal Officer. There is usually 3 month time limit for filing complaint next level. Keep copies of your complaints to Nodal officer and Appellate Authority.

Yo can lodge a complain at Vodafone Nodal, but i ma sure that you cant get any response from their-end. Because to fill up her target they charged the amount. On December 2014 a incident happen with me. I call to CC and request him to close my number because i am unable to continue the services because same services was offered by my company then why i will take extra load. Then a female customer executive call me and request me to continue the service or migrate the number from Postpaid to prepaid. But i denied that time, and she also cheated with me to raise the request from her end saying that i agreed to continue the service. So two invoices are generated against that number and they are forced me to pay the amount, i finally i pay that because i have no other option. I used that number from last 5 years so to continue the number i pay that amount near about 1500/-. So there no place to hear customer voice.

MTS - Data Card 9150201913

My MTS data card number is 9150201913 and i gave complaint to the customer care on 13th of feb 2015 and they gave tat on 18th feb 2015 and still my issue has not cleared and i have issue of network coverage. They usually calls and take appointment for house visit but they never come back. Kindly help me out.

Its very worst experiance i will surly spread bad awareness in the market against Airtel Bharti as customer.
From last 6 moth i was not using this number 9004505600 i have disconnected because of some disputed done also i have filed complaint against on Consumer forum of India 3 times. Lots of times faced bad behaviour from Airtel recovery third party companies I already said go legally i have proofs i will prove my self in court but very un helpfull feedback they are continually harassing. TODAY you guys are done height hacked my mobile contacts called on all numbers and shouted used bad words in that some contacts are lawyers, IAS officers, Inspectors all are harassing because of this bad activity done by EXPERT MANEGMENT ( Thane West Naupada) tired party recovery of Bharti Airtel. I have filed NC at Rabale police station against Airtel Bharti & amp; Expert Management ( MS SADHANA SING & MR PRASHANT VERMA ) in the foul of hacked my phone contacts and called on all VIP and normal contacts shouted, used bad words and harassed full day also filed complaint against MS SADHANA SING by their Police constable as well to used hard and bad words against him on duty. I have recordings as well.

Micromax not returning my mobile phone even after 4 months

Hi All,

I used micromas Canvas 4 mobile, and submitted to their service center in preet vihar delhi in October 2014, but still I have not received my phone. It was in warrranty when I submitted it. Even after so many visits to the service center I did not get any satisfactory reply.

Abnormally high charges billed for data usage

My number 7799001213 is under 249/- plan. 1gb data is free. In December I had recd all msgs for data usage of 200,400,600,800 mb but no msg after that and in billing 1.17gb as usage.For the same excess usage after free 1 GB it has been abnormally charges as Rs.727.78/- only for 170 MB. Checked my detail billing from 04.01.2015 09.05.07 time onward for for one or two minutes how invariably high the charges have been put. I only use data pack for Whats app and face book whole day in office i have wifi.
Even after putting complaint twice trice no response.
From two months automatically message goes to a special number and Rs.15/- is being charged. I never sent that msg and i dont have any record in sent messages too.
This is really a mental torture to customers.
i had sent to the corporate care and thrice booked complaint for unusual charges of data usage billed to me to 198. But no solution was provided and just a simple common message was sent that that were unable to reach me w.r.t the complaint number ..... where else i was receiving all the calls from everyone.
Now i am frustrated with this and sending the email hope at least from your side would be getting solution. Leaving all my work i cant just go to vodafone store and keep calling 198.I Also sent mail to nodal officer but no response from them too.

i am from Bhalki, Karnataka and come to Hyderabad for my personal work i recharged rs 200/- through net banking to my no 9008902530 on 10/2/2015 at 1-59 pm, the date and time shown in my bank transactions, my transaction ref. no is IG00OXZOD5 and airtel Txn no is 210310090, my payments transfered from my bank and my no didn't recharged i spoke to customer care to mr sharat,(superviser) mr ganesh(manager), swetha (superviser)and nagraj i made separate call to each person they didn't give me satisfactory answer, my money blocked and in roaming i faced lot of trouble, please do something for this type of problems.

Now company executive is saying that your Plan of Rs.58 automaically lapsed due to recharge of 48. Its unfair with customer. Also I am not able to use properly service of 3G for period 03-02-2015 to 10-02-2015. Very bed service. When I called to customer care of Idea more than 6 time, but not any reasonable solution & satisfaction.

Vodafone purge my number evern after regular recharge

I am using 09888786286 vodafone Punjab number from last 10 years .

Every month i am recharging my vodafone number from internet banking and i also have transaction ID for the same.

on 27th Dec 2014 i recharged my number 9888786286 with 30 INR and vodafone get the CDR for the same as confirmed by Customer care.

on 27th jan 2015 i again recharge my number with 30 INR but it fails then i come to know that vodafone purged my number from the system.

Then i register a complaint with customer care that every month i am recharging my number through internet banking how can u purge my number from the system. They are not helping at all then i register a complaint with Nodal office they told that your number is under non-usage thats why we purge from the system but every month i am recharging my number through internet banking how can it will come under non-usage. If i am recharging it will come under Active stage again.

Then i again register a complaint with Appellate officer of Vodafone , he told me goto voddafone store of Punjab i have taken approval to reactive the SIM. Presently i am out of India so i send my cousion to Vodafone store Batala Punjab, they are telling me now this number is under postpaid connection of some other person.

Please suggest me why they are not following TRAI rules,

1) According to rule if a am recharging my number then they can never purge my system as it come under usage number.

2) if i have more than 20 INR in my account they cannot purge my system , i have more than 20 INR but they purged my number.

3) According to rule they cannot give the number to anybody with 15 days of Grace period but they given the number to another person within grace period.

4) I already escalated this issue on 27th jan 2015 how can they give my vodafone number 9888786286 to another person. First i am not getting the proper response and when i get the proper response they have given my number 9888786286 to another person.

I want my number 09888786286 back please help me to get it back.

COMPLAINT for 2G/3G Serives for my number

Hi,

I am currently using number for last 5 years and am THOROUGHLY DISPLEASED with the services that your company is providing to the customers. Since September 2014 I have made infinite complainants in regard of the 2G/3G services to your fucking customer care services and there has been no resolution from your end. For this single thing I have had endless calls with your Fucking Customer care executives for sometimes even 25 minutes, and what services!!!! SHIT on you guys. And you know what I get call from your Customer Feedback center that "Your complaint has been closed, we have rectified the problem that you had". FUCK YOU.....

Now I am fed up to such an extent that I want to STOP using this number. My main concern is that the your mother-fucker 2G/3G services are such slow that even Google homepage opens in minutes, leave aside the Facebook, Whatsapp or any other application.

I am using a Vodafone connection as well and the speed provided by their 2G is far far better than your Fucking Airtel services.

Every time I've made complaint I made them mention in the footnotes (am not sure that those Mother-Fuckers did mention that somewhere or not) that the next bill should include the cost of 2G/3G services only when the issue has been resolved, and again I have received bill from your side stating the use of 2G/3G services which essentially does not even work..... SHAME

I want my bill revised, which should not include the charges of services which I did not get and then only I will make the payment to your Fucking Company, else you can do whatever you like.

I requested Airtel CC 121 to change my bill plane 299 to 399 as per my requirement, 1st time I am changing my plane after Sep 2014.They update me that I can't change my bill plane I have to wait till 23 feb 2015, I had requested them on 30Jan 2015.

When I requested to PORT OUT then they are also not proving any details to after sending SMS to 1900 PORT 8882434678.

Please take this issue as PRIORITY basis and provide me answers of my questions for the same.

I tried to post all mails over here but some how its not accepted over here. Feel free to connect me any time on this.

Please help me on this and also ASK to AIRTEL THAT why they are chitting there costumer on this.

deduction of internet charges

My 2g internet pack was to get expired on 30/01/2015 at 12:00 am. I actually used the Internet for 2 more minutes i.e. till 12.02 am while chatting on Facebook messenger. The service provider which is airtel have deducted 42rs from my main account for using just 2 min. I think this is day robbery made by the network. The data which can be used for 2 min would be 30-50kb for which deduction of 30-50 paisa is justifiable. But I've been charged with 42 rs which actually violates the condition of the service provider which states that post usage charges is 10 paisa/10kb. My airtel number is 8105635773

I'm Using Vodafone Services since Year 2011, in last Month i.e. December 2014 I was just checking my bill copy & I found that I have been charged for special no’s messaging worth Rs 69/- after seeing this i have checked my all bills till dec'13 & I’m shocked after seeing that , they have charged me some amount in every bill.
After identifying & Cross checking the details & Logs in My Handset I dialed a call center no of Vodafone to identify the issue now they people are saying these charges has been added in the bill & that you have to pay for sure.
But I’m 100% confident I have never sent any message on special No’s & I’m the only person who is using my mobile hence there is no option someone else can use my mobile to send such messages.
I have logged a complain on December 1st 2014 & the issue has not yet resolved.
The total amount for last FY-2013-14 was 577/- Rs.Received extra from me by Vodafone for a same case & against my complaint they waived off 222/- Rs But what about rest of the amount.
It was already communicated to them by me that I’m not going to pay any bills until my issue gets resolved.
Now the bill for January-15 has been already raised & again I found a Special no messaging charges Rs.87/- Charged in the bill.
They people don’t even bother to respond on last complaint & again charging for the same case with payment delay charged too.
I’m asking them for bill copies since I have started to use their services to check the same case or amount that I have paid them extra for the same reason but they are not ready to issue the old bills.
I think this is total fraud approach towards the customer if they are charging such amounts from the customer without knowing them.
Vodafone have approx 173 million users in India it means 17.3 Cr Customers now you can calculate how much they are earning extra from their customers without any reason.

Reliance is sending us the Data Card Bill though we disconnect

Hi Sir,

Relianceada Netconnect Broadband is sending me the bill though we disconnected after payment to them the full and final settlement.

With reference to the above subject, we were requested to stop your services for my connection 9392712641 in the month of November 2014.

Against my request, spoke to your customer care team and confirmed about the same to disconnect.

Full and final bill received for rupees 708.47 and we paid rupees 710 and closed the account and we are not using the data card the said card is scrapped by us in the month of November 2014.

But unfortunately though we closed the data card usage and we got a bill vide number 345649296576 for amount of rupees 520 dated 5th Jan 2015.

Please cancel the connection and revert the due amount and confirm my cancellation.

Complaint Against Reliance for Allotting Same Number 9022226922

I am resident of Mumbai and using Airtel mobile number 90222226922 from last 3 to 4 years (Airtel customer since 13th Nov 2014 after porting from Loop). I got shock of my life when my airtel number 9022226922 was allotted to Mr Omar Shaikh by reliance infocom on JAN 12, 2015.

Mr. OMAR SHAIKH FROM NALLASOPARA can be reached on mob no +919664688917 and details be verified. He cannot receive incoming calls as i am getting all his calls and he has facility for out going calls.

People from Reliance / agents are asking my sim number and telling me my number will be deactivated if i dont give my sim number, Got calls from 7208718086 / 7208718276 asking my name and sim number.

I want to know how is it possible to allot or clone the same number when one person is using the number from last 3 to 4 years and Reliance infocom can't deactivate their own number which they have allotted or rectify their mistake.

Even my complaint to Reliance Appellate Authority since 14 Jan 2015 on 18602002011 has fallen on deaf ears and even forwarded email to Reliance Appellate authority on Jan 21, 2015, I am getting only one response from them - within 48 to 72 hrs we will resolve the issue, Its a Technical Process / Error.

Who shall be held responsible if my number is misused ?

Complaint Against Vodafone

Issue: Incoming/outgoing services of mobile number 9953748140 barred 4th time due to crossing of unbilled limit. I never delayed any payment (Rather i pay even before my bill is generated). I was on official trip. I was not even communicated before barring my services.
Strange thing is, whenever anyone calls me gets response "Called Number is switched off".
My Employer has lost Rs. 600000 and warned me strictly.

Complaint in detail :

I have a vodafone postpaid connection with roaming incoming free. Initial unbilled Limit was set for Rs. 700 when I purchased the connection. I asked for increase in unbilled limit but was consoled that every month it will be increased as per usage.
After using it for 10 days in roaming, my incoming and outgoing services were barred without any intimation. So I made interim payment of Rs. 500.
Within 10 another days, incoming and outgoing was again barred due to crossing unbilled limit.
I again made interim payment 0f Rs. 200 even before my bill is generated and services were resumed. Finally I got bill of Minus Rs. 443. Means bill was Rs. 343 and i already made a payment of Rs. 700.
Unbilled amount increases due to receiving calls in roaming but finally it vanishes on bill generation because I have roaming pack.
This is happening again and again even after so many calls to customer care. Strange thing is my unbilled limit has not been increased from Rs. 700 till now, even after 4 months.

Customer care replies that if you want to increase bill limit, you have to send sms to some number. I tried that also but all in vain.
This time i was on official trip and my services were barred without any intimation. Strange thing is whenever anyone calls me gets response "Called Number is switched off".

Finally now my bill Minus Rs. 143 and all services are barred.

My Employer has lost Rs. 600000 and warned me strictly. i might lose my job because of Vodafone.

I have already sent a legal notice claiming Rs. 600000 to Vodafone. If they don't pay the amount, I will file a case against Vodafone very soon.

Tikona Broadband Pathetic Services

Not sure if this the forum in which I can complaint about the services provided by Tikona Digital networks (broadband internet service provider) in Chennai.

I have taken 4MBPS plan from them & since the day I have taken the connection, I have been trying to get even 1 MBPS speed constantly. It fluctuate like anything and whenever you are in midst of some urgent work it goes down. The irony is whenever I call to their "SO CALLED" technical service desk (022-) I get perfect speed of 3.9 MBPS and they say our network is fine sir. WOW!!!!

Finally, they took my complaint (ref #) and confirmed engineer would be visiting to my place for physical testing in 24 hours. However, it's been 48 hours I have not even received any call. When I called back to Technical Service Desk they said it would take one more day as the engineer was busy in other visits.

I am paying 1250 Rs. on monthly basis to get 4 MBPS, but I don't even get 1 MBPS (can't upload the speed test results as there is no option). It would be great if anyone from consumer service can help to get this resolved.

I have recently purchase new Moto G second Gen phone along with airtel is giving 2 months data free . I inserted the SIM(7042714249) on 7th dec 2014 and got a 3g data which acccording to airtel got expire on 4th jan and after that My money is getting deducted from my main balance . I contacted airtel asking that what about my second month data which is also free i filed a complain agianst the same but airtel is not understanding the issue and customer care always transfer the call to their senior which never connects and call get disconnected.

THis is ridiculos to say that from such a big telecom giant airtel is not able to understand the issue .

I want to get this resolved otherwise i will contact TRAI for the same.

Harassment to Artel post paid mobile user

I am using Airtel No 9357612585 since long time but they are are not sending bills of my account. I think they only send messages on mobile fo rbill pay because they charged lot extra in bills Airtel is having the large no of customers. As they are doing this cheating business so the less awared public from rural area may be their targeted victims. After so many struggle on mails and wastage of my time with customer executives they are not issue my bills .Now they choose new way to harass they are calling my mother ( an old lady) and try to record her voice that she received all my bills.

Please look into the matter for such fraud business and harassment to Indian public.

Galaxy Grand 2 Over Heating

I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Grand 2 on 3rd Sept 2014. For the first few months it was working well and I was extremely satisfied with the quality and service of the phone, and because of it's quality I advised many of my colleagues to buy this phone. But for the last 1 month, it is not working fine. It starts heating from backside regularly while watching video or doing anything on phone.
I gave my phone for the first time at Service Center around a month back and they updated the software and told that it would not heat again but it started heating again. Since then I have given my handset 3 more times at service center and they updated the software every time saying that it would not heat again.
Though the same problem is occurring again and again so I requested them to replace my handset but they denied so I request you to please intervene in the issue and get it replaced.

Harrasment from MTS Services for number 9136509795

Dear Concern,

I need ur urgent help on below mentioned concern..

I got a new MTS no. 9136509795 just approx. 10 days ago...since the date of activation... i am getting more than 100 calls & sms in a day for MTS VAs activation like activation of hello tune etc...the very next day of the this problem i called MTS for this issue..they raised a request for DND activation & gave me a time line of a week..but its been height of non-senseness...this no. is purposely for my old age parents to call them as the MTS CDMA network is gud at my home..but my parents are getting harresed like anything as they had recived more than a THOUSAND calls for activation of hello tune etc...MTS as a company is not only cheating me by deducting the balance for wrong activation of VAS EVERY DAY...but my unwell parents have switch off the phone now & not able to dial/receive even urgent/emergency/important SOS calls because of this reason...I have called MTS more than 5 times on call centre & have also approached appellate but all in vain...

Harrassment by Airtel service

Here is why i am putting this mail across .I had lost my phone on 31st afternoon .

1st of Jan 2015 my friend goes to the Hiranandani powai Airtel gallery in Galleria and applies for a fresh Sim card with all documents and photocopies submitted , I go in there and do the necessary formality of signing etc .Sim card is inserted in my phone and a fee of Rs 330 is charged.I have been a loop mobile customer for almost 15 years ,once the service shut down i moved to Airtel on no .portability and was given a prepaid card ,saying that i cant take post paid within 2 months. On 1st Jan when I applied for the new Sim card ,Shruti and Ali did say that my no will be converted into post paid when active ,maximum within 48 hours.
I did start following up from 2nd Jan where i had received a service msg from AZ-AIRCCM on 1st Jan evening at 7.20pm stating that a request no 309990324 has been booked.Post that i have called up numerous times and have followed up at your Vile parle and ,Hiranandani gallery ,did call up your customer care no several times . Various reasons have been provided from all ,from saying that my prepaid no is still active , Verification is not done , please try manual search ,to the extent of saying that the airtel gallery has not still not submitted my documents. One of the other reasons given is that the verification authority did not find my given address ,though there was a call on 1st evening asking for landmark ,which was suitably provided.I don't see any reason in not finding our address as it is in a prominent location.
Today is the the 6th of January and I am in a serious mess as a major chunk of our business is on communication.

compliant against connect infotel

I am having connect land line phone connection with No.5010717. I have also availed a Broadband facility. The total rent for unlimited usages was Rs.390/- per month. but the company has changed the Plan at its own and there is no request at my end. The Plan has been enhanced from 390 to 450 and then for more than 600 per month and now they have changed plan which is more than 700 per month, i am forced to deposit the illegal rent to avoid disconnection and imposition of fine. You are requested to look in to the matter as my plan is required to be reduced to its initial rate and the excess amount deposited by me is liable to be refunded.

1.I spoke to daksha mam on 12 November for activate the net plan. than she was confirmed by telephonic your plan is activated after two hour. You will enjoy this services .S o i was started this net services for another day.I was received the bill on 25 November . so in which mention the net plan charges . so it was not activated the net plan on my mobile.

2. net plan are activated on 25 November without any intimation.so that process of Vodafone net plan are failed I request to nodal.rajasthan@vodafone .com and corporatecare [at] vodafone [dot] com for reverse the unexpected charges 538.76/-.

The particular message I received on 7/12/2014 at11.54am subsequently I recharge the above by Sending SMS ACT MN 45 to 53739 and said amount is deducted from my balance but I got a message that "Thank for requesting 3G MobileNet45 pack Enjoy 150 MB of data, validity 7 days."
I have not got the rest MB as according to Reliance communication MSG.
It is a cheating attitude of Rcom.

My airtel mobile 8971705511- Airtel Broadband My plan amount was Rs 1245/ with additional cap value of Rs 1000/ .

At airtel, Customers are dump and Airtel does not value customers feedback. I would like to assure you that my feedback should be used to improve your products and services to ensure that our experience with airtel is a pleasant one. Actually that was not the case. I was migrated recently from BSNL with a lot of expectations and promises by the dealer . As there was no broadband wireless, I was asked to use 4G services where the costs are hidden from the consumer. The dealer presented Rs 1245/ with Rs 1000 cap i,e., Rs 2245 / is the cap for the usage . Why can't you design products with transparency and certainty to the customers . For Home and student users Airtel is not at all a buying option unless you burn your pockets royally and must have deep pockets to lose the money to Airtel. Pure Gambling !!

I have paid modem for Rs 2500/. Rs 670/ first billing for a few days and now the shocker of Rs 3200/ bill for one month. ?????- Rs 8000 in one and half month you are burning your money for this ripper Airtel.

The seller and operations never on the same page is amply clear from this transaction which was happened just two months back. There must be data or info with you that Why customers are migrating with in a couple of months of taking new connection because your fraudulent charging of customers which were not mentioned while taking the new connection. I am really concerned whether Airtel is bound by TRAI Guidelines in charging its customers or it is wantonly doing at its whims and fancy leaving the gullible public to go abegging for disconnection. TRAI must guard gullible customers like us from this rampant and excessive dishonest billed pattern. This needs to be prominently disclosed all in your advts and pamphlets etc.,

I am really shocked to know the usage and the corresponding billing which is almost double fro my earlier usage in the very first billing cycle. I ran for cover virtually in terminating the service and go for immediate restoration of earlier Connection with BSNL . It may take two days but I am fine with no further billing shocks from Airtel.

Thanks for the great lesson to go for fancy telecom service provider for ripping off the bills on gullible customers. New customers must be be aware of Airtel and its offerings which are disguised, a lot of hidden costs and customer satisfaction is not their real motto. Only making money with no transparency is their sole motto. It was a very unpleasant one and disturbing one to have relationship for any new customers. "LET THE CUSTOMER MUST BE BEWARE" with Airtel Broadband and I am certainly last person to suggest to any one and also bring this fact on social medium to dissuade from taking new connection for 4G /LTE services unless you are ready for music of huge bills !! .

Not getting the 3G network in multiple locations in pune

Complain against Security Refund

I was activated the IR(International Roaming) Service on dec 2013 and submitted the 3000 Rs to Idea center. and Disconnected that service on 11th Jan 2014 then IDEA REPRESENTATIVE person told me that this money returned within 60 days. But till now I'm not getting full amount.

i tried many times on Idea complaint number 198 and Customer case no but some time they cut the call and not understand my problem. I'm already told that I'm not getting full amount but these people saying all amount adjusted in my Idea bill.

Many time i'm saying please transfer this call to senior person but only two time they connected the call otherwise they put on hold or cut the call or saying we conduct the call. but I'm not receiving any call from Idea.

also I'm talked with Rajiv Thakur and Imran. and both person, promised that my problem solved within 1 week but till now my problem still same.

One day I was going to Noida office Sector 64. they also register my complain but without resolution they closed my complain.

I'm also sent a mail to appellate authority but still waiting for reply.

I'm very disappointed and frustrate of Idea Service even after too much communication these people not solve my issue after 10 month.

I have been using idea post paid connection since 1.5 years I bought a new mobile n thought of using idea 3g I upgraded my plan. Ever since I have taken d service I have not been able to use d service . every time I use idea 3g it works slow. I called their call centre I req a supervisor they transfer my call to supriya.prashant.rahul and other people who promise to help me but no help m getting mentally harressed n now m gonna commit suicide n Aditya birla group will b whole sole responsible for it. These guys charge for 3g n give u 2g. I think Aditya birla should consider changing staff. These guys cheat . I m nt going to pay bill for next month bill at all this is d 3rd day m call idea call centre n asking for help I wanna file police n court case against Aditya birla group . idea cheat .they have been taking money from me I have never received my bill ever. I have bought Micromax canvas A1 in October, with this Model of micromax, Airtel has bundled a scheme of 300 mb data per month for 6 months. But till date i haven't get this scheme. Whenever i call customer care executive they transfer my call to their senior, and senior executive file my complaint and said that your complaint will be resolved in 24 or sometime in 48 hours(depending on their mood). One of their senior executive has told me that their database is showing that i am using some other model of micromax that is why the company is not able to give me the scheme, so I should take my phone and it's carton to nearest Airtel office and show them that I am using the same Canvas A1 and not any other model, and they will immediately give me the benefit, This idea also didn't work and Airtels office executive told me that they have no facility to check this type of scheme/benefit given to any one and they can't help me in this. After 1 month still they are not able to solve my problem.

This is the whole story. Pls. do the needfull.

Unnecessary deduction of 120 rs

There was unnecessary deduction of rs 120 on my mobile no 7856052885.
I had made a recharge of 150 with 150 rs as main balance.
On calling CC they are saying this deduction is for 19 min usage of internet.
I have not used internet for a single second and how the deduction is done.

Unproffesionalism and Missing TAT forever

I have been using airtel broadband number 04443554286 for more than 5 years now - once upon a time a very satisfied customer of Airtel and now would never ever recommend Airtel to anyone, please find my reasons:

I gave a request to relocate the connection on 31/12/2014. I got a call on 2/11/2014 stating that there is some technical issue hence it will take three days of time which is 5th Nov.
From your mentioned date of 5th November, I have been delicately following up with your Customer Service team only to get no Help!!

Every time i call they have a standard response "the complaint is open and it will be resolved and they will arrange for a technical guy to contact" - I WOULD LIKE TO UNDERSTAND IF THE COMPLAINT IS OPEN - WHO IS SUPPOSE TO CLOSE AND UPDATE THE STATUS??? AND DO YOU HAVE ANY REALISTIC TAT FOR CALLBACKS??? OR SHOULD I ASK IS THERE A PROCESS AS SUCH

The most annoying part was, your rep telling me that a technician had reached and informed me that it is going to take three more days. I told the rep no information has been passed but still she repeated the same sentence.
I asked her the name of rep who has given wrong information so that i can raise a complaint but she refused to give.
I hope if you listen to the call you will understand the level of customer service i was provided.
Actually there was no level - further this is misleading the customer - when the customer says has not received any call atleast have the courtesy to Apologize. No body has dam time to call your not so Customer Centric team and inquire about the complaint status. I am only doing it becoz its extremely urgent. I am missing some very urgent calls. Even today a call back was promised. I guess they are so much used to give hopeless and false promises. I even escalated to nodal team and i received no response. I also raised a complaint in your website ref : LB110700064 even that was closed without any intimation to me. I seriously got tired of seeing no proper response and wanted it to bring to your attention. These kind of people with lethargic customer service attitude will ruin the name that airtel earned in years of service.

From a company i have been associated with more than 5 years - This Level or No level of service is not what anyone would expect.

I hope ppl from sr management read mails - and are courteous enough to revert unlike your Customer Service team.

Excess amount In Vodafone bill

For my 9619380655 Vodafone mobile no. bill amount is too high for the month of September 2014 because of data usage but data usage is showing more than I used for that month.

If we exceed more than 800mb then Vodafone messages us that 800mb has been used but this message was also not sent to us

And there was no message also from Vodafone that you have exceeded the pack eventually they message us after exceeding and ask for add ons. Then on what basis it is showing extra usage.

Cheating by telecom operator by Rs. 100/-

It is extremely unfortunate to report this trivial matter to you, which could have easily been resolved at the company’s level itself.
On Friday, 17th Oct, due to insufficient amount in my mobile, I went to recharge my Uninor number which is (Mob No.- 8857839629), I went to a nearby retailer and got it recharge by Rs. 100/-, unfortunately the recharge took place on a incorrect Uninor number which is (Mob No.- 8857839639) from a retailer mobile transaction Id No. – 693142162, when I reported this matter to the customer care they informed me that it’s an inactive number and its going to take at least 24 hrs time to resolve this issue after expiry of given time duration I made repeated enquiries and every time I was given the same replies of 24 to 48 hrs time duration with no solution of the problem till now and least possibility in near future also, as later it was told me that as the recharge took place on an inactive number, the reversal of Rs. 100 /- is not possible. This reply made me report this matter to you.
Have they not defied the ethical practice by recharging an inactive Sim card in the first place? As other companies refuse such practice of recharging an inactive Sim card, which in this case has clearly been violated and is this not a new way this telecom companies have invented to defraud the subscribers and making profit from such transaction by refusing the right to reverse the money to the subscriber.
I request you to please provide me a solution to all my queries and help me resolve this issue at the earliest.

Tata teleservices ltd not providing service and harassing to pay

We like to bring to everyone notice that we have been facing this problem from the day we took internet connection in march 2013, regularly the net goes out and when we give complaint it is informed will be rectified in 2 days and without rectifing the complaint is closed without asking the complainant.. Other excuse which they give is some has stolen the copper line. This has been going on from last 18 months and so. I have even taken a Static ip and paid the annual fees twice of rs 2500/ each year. Now from august 2014, the problem got worsed and the lines were almost un acceble for 15-20 day and other days also some time, from september 2014 it almost git dead and after lot of complaints on 121, and emails on 3030@ tatatele.co.in till date no resolution and more over they are pressurissing to pay the amounts. I have already given several emails for waiver and was assured that the bills will be waived. I have even given Notice on this emails and to they concerned team to pay me the damages for not providing services because of which i lost heavely on my business and faced mentally hardship. But nothing was done i just like to know which or what is the procedure so that i can claim damages and get my refund of amount paid.
