Indian Overseas Bank Consumer Complaint Procedure

If you are having any complaint with any branch of Indian Overseas Bank, do following:

  1. Contact the Branch Manager or Register your complaint in the Complaint Register present with the Manager. Remember to keep its acknowledgement and reference number.
  2. If the reply given by the Branch is not received within 7 days, you can write to the Regional Manager.
  3. If your complaint is not resolved by the Regional Manager, you can write to the General Manager, Customer Service Dept. at the following address:
